Target Audience This course is to provide individuals who are new to Microsoft Windows® 2000 with the knowledge necessary to understand and identify the tasks involved in supporting Windows 2000 networks. This is an introductory course designed to provide an overview of networking concepts and how they are implemented in Windows 2000. |
Prerequisites Proficiency using the Windows interface to locate, create, and manipulate folders and files and to configure the desktop environment General knowledge of computer hardware components, including memory, hard disks, and central processing units General knowledge of networking concepts, including network operating system, server-client relationship, and local area network (LAN) |
