Internet and E-Mail is a eight-hour class that teaches new users how to access the Internet and its wide array of useful resources. Students will learn how to use Web browsers, electronic mail, and File Transfer Protocol (FTP). Students will also learn about search engines and business resources on the World Wide Web using the most popular Internet browsers, Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer.

Target Audience

All professionals required to use the Internet in their daily job functions. Information in this course is helpful for any modern computer related course.

Prerequisites

No experience using the Internet is necessary. An understanding of Microsoft Windows 95/98 is required.
