CompTIA Certification Programs CompTIA certification programs are the recognized industry standards for foundation-level information technology (IT) skills. Best known for the A+ certification, CompTIA offers many certifications in key technology areas. Many of the certifications are electives or prerequisites toward advanced certifications, such as Microsoft's MCSA and Novell's CNE.
CompTIA certifications are good for life. Once you are certified, you are certified for life. The certifications do not have an expiration date nor do you have to retake a test after an upgrade.
